How it works
Add an account
Optionally connect a real Gmail or Outlook mailbox through OAuth — your password is never typed into the app, and the tokens live in your OS's own secure credential store.
Define categories
A name, keyword list, and an action: auto-reply, flag, archive, or forward.
Sync or test
Click Sync now to classify real incoming messages automatically, or paste in a test message to see the match without touching real mail.
Approve every action
Every match, on a connected account or not, is staged in the classification log and needs an explicit Approve click before anything actually happens.
Propose a calendar event
Turn a staged message into a calendar proposal, review it, and click Confirm & push — the only action that ever touches your real calendar.
