Register a scan folder
Add a folder like Downloads under Find documents on this computer, and the vault searches it for more documents. Nothing outside a folder you explicitly add is ever looked at.
Import or skip
Review each found file individually, or turn on auto-import (off by default, one-time warning) once you trust its folder guesses.
